Students may attend one school for grades K–8, or they may attend both an elementary school and a middle school. Older Airdrie students come together in one of two high schools: Bert Church or George McDougall. Three of Airdrie’s schools offer French immersion options.
Three separate schools can be found in Airdrie, each part of the Calgary Catholic School District. Our Lady Queen of Peace and the Good Shepherd School are available for K–8 students, while St. Martin de Porres is available for grades 9 through 12. An early French immersion option is available for students enrolled at Our Lady Queen of Peace.
Airdrie Koinonia Christian School, located in the Airdrie community, offers students a high-quality education that’s deeply intertwined with the Biblical Christian faith. A wide range of other private schools are in Calgary for those seeking additional options.
