We first met Kevin 10-12 years ago when we lived in Erin Woods. He has continued to send calendars and that wonderful day timer every year, which I use and look forward to each year. Because his advertising was always around us, we didn’t even question who to call when we decided to sell.
I had called Kevin a few times over the years with various real-estate questions, he was always helpful and never made me feel bad for calling.
Kevin was very clear about the process. He gave us a list of things to do and made it possible for us to understand the process. He took our wishes into consideration and guided us when we needed it. When I was worried or upset he was patient and understanding but firm and direct. Anytime we called, if he wasn’t available, Kevin or Angela always got back to us. Even when he was on holidays, we were never left hanging. I am sure that everyone needs something different when selling but Kevin was everything we needed him to be for us.
We have already referred him to others and when we are ready to buy again, our first call will be to Kevin.
